| In the 21st century,especially in the last 10 years,the development of China’s power system is changing with each passing day.With the promotion and implementation of smart grid,smart substation,ubiquitous power Internet of things and other development strategies,condition monitoring,as an important supporting technology to realize condition based maintenance and life cycle management of power equipment,has been paid more and more attention.220 k V power grid is the backbone of Xuzhou Power Grid,its safe operation is related to the whole network.Based on the author’s practical work,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth statistical analysis,fault case tracing and evaluation on the application and effect of condition monitoring technology of main transformer,circuit breaker,SF6 metal enclosed switchgear(GIS),arrester and other key equipment in more than 40 220 k V substations in Xuzhou area.First of all,based on the first-hand field data,the condition monitoring(detection)devices,monitoring(detection)parameters and information,signal characterization and transmission mode of the main transformer,SF6 circuit breaker,MOA and 167 sets of SF6 insulated metal enclosed switch gear(GIS)and other key equipment of 47220 k V substations in Xuzhou are comprehensively analyzed In addition,it evaluates the status monitoring from the perspectives of depth,breadth and frequency.According to the requirements of condition monitoring in Smart Substation,it shows that the application of existing condition monitoring technology and device has played a positive role in ensuring the safe operation and condition based maintenance of equipment,but there is still a lot of room for improvement.Secondly,the application of infrared imaging and new temperature sensor technology is deeply analyzed.Combined with the implementation of Xuzhou 220 k V Qinhong substation state perception project,the specific application scheme is studied,and some representative defect detection and fault diagnosis cases are analyzed and evaluated.Thirdly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the application of 49 sets of substation inspection robots invested in Xuzhou Power Grid,lists the typical defect cases of infrared imaging,high-definition video image detection,points out the existing problems and shortcomings,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.Finally,combined with the construction scheme of intelligent operation inspection and control platform of Xuzhou power supply company,the paper analyzes the platform architecture design,status monitoring function module and abnormal alarm module.The paper focuses on the type of equipment status data,automatic tracking of state abnormality and alarm level division,and briefly shows and analyzes the operation of the platform.The research in this paper shows that the state monitoring technology and device have played a basic role in 220 k V substation in Xuzhou area,and many faults which are difficult to be found by traditional methods have been captured in time.The research in this paper is of great significance to further deepen the application of state monitoring technology in Xuzhou area,and then actively and steadily promote the state maintenance and finally realize the life cycle management. |
