Research On Optimization Of Production Scheduling Organization Process In Qinhuangdao Port

Port production is a systematic process,in which production scheduling,as the core of port production and operation process,largely determines the overall production performance of the port.Qinhuangdao port,as an old national energy export port,has been shaken by the completion and operation of new energy channels in China,and its throughput continues to shrink.Therefore,how to improve the competitiveness of the port through the optimization of production scheduling in the new form has become an important issue in front of Qinhuangdao port.In this paper,based on the integration of production scheduling theory,combined with the idea of concurrent engineering,the production scheduling optimization of Qinhuangdao port is provided.First of all,this paper describes the research background and significance of port production scheduling and its optimization theory,and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign experts on the production scheduling optimization theory,introduces the research content and methods.Secondly,it introduces the concept and related theory of port production scheduling and concurrent engineering,and focuses on how to optimize the production scheduling process through concurrent engineering.Thirdly,it briefly introduces the current production situation of Qinhuangdao port,focusing on the organization process of Qinhuangdao Port’s production scheduling,taking the qualitative and quantitative methods,analyzing and summarizing the existing problems,and digging into the causes.Then,guided by the problem,using the idea of concurrent engineering in the theory of production scheduling optimization,this paper constructs the optimization mode of production scheduling process from four aspects of process reengineering,organization reengineering,platform reengineering and algorithm reengineering,and provides the specific implementation scheme.Finally,according to the commonness of organizational optimization innovation and the actual situation of Qinhuangdao port,this paper analyzes the risks and possible problems in the implementation process of production scheduling optimization,and accordingly gives the targeted optimization implementation guarantee measures.
