With the implement ofmanufacturing execution system of each enterprise, manufacturing plant of field data will be collected and preservated. This willmake the production scheduling optimization problem with reliable data basis. Due to the scientific production scheduling can improve enterprise’s production capacity, reduce production cost, so the study of production scheduling has good theoretical significance and application value. This paper for a car bridge production enterprise development of manufacturing execution system(MES), by using the real data from the system, enterprise will obtain suitable for this enterprise production line. Paper research content is as follows:1、Completed production line modeling analysis. Due to the discrete manufacturing production scheduling optimization problem belongs to NP problem. In order to solve the production scheduling has faster convergence speed and higher accuracy, this article uses the bacterial foraging algorithm as its solution algorithm, and optimize the algorithm of step length, step length will reduce when the near optimal solution initiative,and will be larger far from it.2、In view of the algorithm is a key part of the fitness function, using the BP neural network as the fitness evaluation function, one of its evaluation index using lean production measure according To the Schedule of production measure(Build To Schedule, BTS). Calculated by the algorithm is bigger than the BTS index before hand, optimization effect is obvious.3、In combination with the practical demand of enterprises, designs and realizes intelligent production scheduling is one of the core functions of MES system.The system uses SQL SERVER database technology, the c # programming background and Silverlight programming techniques at the front desk for the software environment.The main modules including production management module, monitoring module, manufacturing production scheduling module, etc. Due to the MES system sharing all production data, acquired by the system of production scheduling is more reliable.System in the enterprise, can fully meet the requirements of enterprise.
