The middle school campus is an important urban public building.Under the condition of intensive land use,various community public facilities often cannot meet the increasing demand of citizens.At the same time,the openness of school land facilities in central urban areas is often insufficient,and the utilization of school facilities is insufficient,resulting in a waste of resources.On the other hand,with the continuous transformation and diversified development of educational models,various schools themselves are facing different development demands,and students also have the need to contact the external environment.Educational reform also requires students to improve their social practice skills and flexible communication skills.With the development of educational concepts and the support of related policies,favorable conditions have been created for schools and communities to share.In this context,this article takes the middle school campus architectural space as the main design and research object,and conducts research based on the analysis of the behavior patterns and psychological needs of the teachers,students,and community residents.Firstly,through relevant theoretical research and actual case analysis,sort out the characteristics of the campus’ s external and internal spaces;then use behavioral plane methods and onsite interviews to summarize the population characteristics,behavior patterns,psychological needs and spatial correspondence of teachers,students,and community residents in the school,Feedback the current space problems of the middle school campus,and finally put forward design principles and strategies in a targeted manner,combined with the practice of junior high school design,verifying the planning and design strategy of the middle school campus based on the sharing concept,and hopes to provide value for the future shared campus design and construction Reference.The main points and framework ideas of this research-based design are as follows:Design points: Based on the concept of campus and community sharing,analyze features of campus buildings as well as the behavior and psychological needs of teachers,students,and community residents,rationally arrange campus functions,and propose targeted design strategies for campus and community sharing.Framework thinking: The research thinking of this article is design background research—basic research analysis—design element analysis—design practice application—design strategy summary—results summary and outlook.The first part is the origin of design.It analyzes the current situation and development opportunities in high schools,as well as the source of design,design requirements,design goals,meaning and difficulties,literature review and research technical route.The second part is basic research,that is,the study of middle school campus space and the behavior and psychological needs of related people.It summarizes the three main aspects of middle school campus problems,namely the forced isolation of the community from the campus and the negative boundary;the campus has a single function and low utilization rate;The campus space is rigid from the early design to the later management mode.The third part is the basic analysis of design,that is,specific analysis of the background,site,and project objectives of the project to determine the design principles.The fourth part is the design and application of the actual project.The 48-class middle school architectural planning and design based on the campus sharing concept,and discusses the middle school campus shared with the community from the three levels of strengthening the benign interaction between the campus and the surrounding environment,the complex function of the campus,and the time-sharing management space.Architectural space design strategy.The fifth part is the summary of design strategy,sorting out the sharing strategy of individual design,and summarizing the universally applicable campus sharing strategy.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the results,summarizing the full text,and putting forward the main conclusions,innovations,design limitations and prospects.
