The quality of construction is directly related to the safety of people’s lives and property.An important management method is construction quality detection.Quality detection can prevent or reduce the use of unqualified building materials in construction projects,and provide technical support and basis for the quality assurance of the entire construction process.At present,there are many research results in this field,but there are still some deficiencies in the research of normative evaluation and improvement countermeasures.Based on this,this paper aims to build a comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system of architectural engineering quality detection industry,and establish the framework of improvement countermeasures,which can be used to analyze the industry operation normalization in different target areas and formulate corresponding improvement countermeasures.Firstly,the paper expounds the core concepts involved,and analyzes the characteristics of architectural engineering quality detection industry in China.Then,on the basis of a large number of relevant documents,combined with literature research methods and expert investigation methods,the normative evaluation indicators of the architectural engineering quality detection industry were extracted,and a comprehensive,objective and accurate evaluation indicator system based on the indicators was established.After that,based on the evaluation index system,this paper constructs the framework of the architectural engineering quality detection industry improvement countermeasures,and analyzes the core links in detail.The method framework can be used for industry operation normative analysis and Improvement Countermeasures in practice.Finally,take the Chongqing’s architectural engineering quality detection industry as an example to carry out a case study,and use the constructed evaluation index system and method framework to conduct an evaluation study on the Chongqing architectural engineering quality detection industry,draw its current main problems,and combine them with reality.The situation was discussed,and the countermeasures for improvement of Chongqing’s architectural engineering quality detection industry were put forward,which provided a theoretical basis for industry development and practice,and also verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system and method framework proposed in the paper.The main achievements of this paper include the following three aspects.One is to put forward a set of comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system of architectural engineering quality detection industry.The second is to build a complete set of architectural engineering quality detection industry business normative evaluation and put forward improvement countermeasures.Thirdly,based on the method framework,this paper studies the architectural engineering quality detection industry in Chongqing,obtains the key problems of the industry operation normalization,and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,and then verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method framework.This paper will provide theoretical and methodological basis for normative evaluation and Improvement Countermeasures of architectural engineering quality detection industry,and contribute new knowledge to this field,and lay a theoretical foundation for future research.
