FI Large Commercial Complex Project Research On Quality Evaluation

Ensuring good engineering quality has always been the goal and responsibility of engineering project construction.In recent years,the quality acceptance of construction projects by relevant national regulatory departments has been gradually improved,and the management of project construction market has become more and more standardized "One belt,one road" national strategy has made many domestic construction enterprises go abroad and undertake construction projects in many countries.The completion of these projects is not only related to the realization of national strategy,but also represents the image of the country,so its quality is the focus of all aspects.Project quality management is an important guarantee for the formation of good project quality,and quality evaluation is an important control and management work in the process of project construction.Because of the influence of many factors on the quality of construction projects,and there is a highly uncertain nonlinear interaction between these factors and the evaluation results,it is impossible to evaluate the quality of construction projects according to a single index.It is often necessary to collect the information of multiple indexes through certain methods to form a comprehensive index system for comprehensive evaluation Reflect the engineering quality scientifically.Chinese FI one belt,one road,is the first foreign project undertaken by the company after the implementation of the national strategy of "one belt and one road".Taking the project as the research object,the quality evaluation is not only the assessment of the implementation of foreign projects,but also provides reference for the construction of foreign projects in the future.Firstly,this paper combs the related literature about project quality evaluation at home and abroad in detail;Then,the related theories of project quality evaluation are expounded;Based on the analysis of the construction situation and quality characteristics of foreign fi large-scale commercial complex construction projects,according to the important factors affecting the project quality in the early decision-making stage,construction preparation stage,construction stage,completion stage and use and maintenance stage,a comprehensive evaluation index system including 16 indexes is established;Then,AHP is used to give weight to each index,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the project;Finally,for each stage of quality defects,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.
