| With the promotion of green building concept,bamboo,as a renewable green building materials,has attracted more and more attention and has been continuously used in landscape architecture.However,the bamboo rods are hollow and thin-walled crosssections,and there are safety hazards such as poor reliability and easy splitting of the opening at the structural connection.At the same time,the bamboo structure is light in weight.When the structure is under negative wind pressure,the joints in the structure are mostly in tension.The overall safety performance of the building structure depends on the reliable connection between joints,so it is very important to carry out related research on the tension connection of round bamboo joints.This paper relies on the National Thirteenth Five-Year Project Demonstration Project.Taking the demonstration project "MCC Baizhishan Tourist Reception Center" project as the background,the two kinds of bamboo connection joints used in the structure: bamboo connections with external clamp steel plates,bolted bamboo connections with embedded steel plates and grouting materials.The following experiments and research have been carried out:(1)Collect and sort out the related processes of round bamboo pretreatment,and carry out wood property tests on the pretreated round bamboo.The tests include the tensive parallel to grain of bamboo tests,compressive parallel to grain of bamboo tests,compressive perpendicular to grain of bamboo tests,to obtain basic mechanical indicators and provide material property data support for subsequent design method research.(2)With the screw hole end pitch and the screw diameter as variables,16 round bamboo and steel plate screw connection joints were designed,and the tensile performance test of the single screw joint was carried out.Clarify the failure process of the joint,summarize the failure mode of the joint,analyze and study the influence of the screw hole end distance and the screw diameter on the failure mode and the bearing capacity of the joint.(3)A single-screw joint mechanical test was carried out on 20 round bamboo embedded steel plate grouting joints.By changing the screw hole end distance and screw diameter in the joints,the influence of the failure mode and bearing capacity of the joints was studied,and the failure process of the joints was sorted out.Summarize the joint destruction mode.(4)By analyzing the failure mechanism of the two joint tests,simplifying the force characteristics,and establishing the mechanical model,the tensile bearing capacity calculation formula suitable for engineering design is proposed for the two round bamboo connection methods,and the calculation formula is verified and analyzed by the test data.The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.(5)Suggestions for design-related structural measures are given for the two connection modes.Finally,a simple comparative analysis of the two round bamboo connection methods. |
