Under the background of new urbanization,the rational development and utilization of underground space has become the key way to solve a series of urban problems.As an important area for the centralized development of urban underground space,the central business district also faces the most profound contradictions and is often the starting point of renewal and reconstruction.The development of underground space provides a new perspective for the alleviation of the contradiction between man and land and the promotion of space vitality in the high.density central area.As a public medium to communicate,connect and integrate underground space in the commercial center,the underground link space in the commercial center plays an important role in stitching up the public space system in the commercial center,enriching public activity places and creating convenient life.However,the current situation of the use of,the design of the underground space link extremely neglect of the behavior and psychological characteristics,experience in environmental behavior correlation between cognitive difficulty greatly,regional difference,space,energy distribution,and low level of behavior of composite series problems,eventually hindered the multivariate public activities,the underground space resource waste.Therefore,based on the optimization of the public as the goal,through the analysis of underground link space behavior psychological characteristics,the exploration of upgrading the commonality of underground space link and activity of specific strategies,build people willing to accept,ready to use,and willing to stay in the central business district underground space link,make the underground space to better integrate into city life.First of all,after clarifying the basic concept of underground link space in central commercial district,this paper analyzes its characteristics,sorts out the development power,main types,components and functional attributes of underground link space in central commercial district,and analyzes potential problems from the macro level.To further introduce public optimization goal concept,from the theoretical level to explore the relevance of behavior psychology and the connotation of the public,and from two aspects: environmental space cognition and behavior of "public optimization" factor analysis and construction target,to explore the links of underground space is different from the ground public environment of the special behavior of psychological characteristics and internal demand.Then,three typical examples of underground link space in Chongqing central business district are selected.Based on the object characteristics and theoretical research basis mentioned above,combined with IPA analysis method and space syntax,a detailed targeted investigation is carried out from two dimensions of environmental cognition and spatial behavior.Finally,the actual specific problems reflected by the survey results are systematically summarized.Finally,in response to the specific problems found above,the optimization of "publicity" is realized from the four dimensions of perceptual perception,image cognition,behavior accessibility and activity participation.The strategy starting from "perceptual perception" is based on the improvement of the overall perceptual degree and internal perceptual characteristics of underground link space,aiming to awaken the "perceptual perception" of underground link space.The strategy starting from "image cognition" is based on the improvement of "cognition" of the underground link space,aiming at creating a clear,comfortable,safe and belonging image atmosphere.The strategy from the perspective of "behavioral accessibility" focuses on the improvement of the overall structure,important nodes and path network accessibility of underground link space.From the strategic focus of "activity participation" to the specific methods to improve the activity and participation of underground link space.This study expands the theoretical framework of behavior.psychology interaction in underground public space,and makes a more comprehensive discussion and summary of the psychological interrelationship of underground public space behavior.At the same time,it provides a public optimization perspective of underground link space based on the psychological characteristics of human behavior,which provides a certain reference for the future renewal practice of underground link space in central commercial district.
