| As a hydraulic power component,piston pumps have been widely used in many fields because of their excellent self-absorption and easy processing technology.Meanwhile,with the gradually increasing demands of the performance of the piston pumps,their developments are deeply affected by the wear and degradation of the piston pump performance.Therefore,the research on the identification method of the wear degradation state is of great significance to the development of the plunger pump.Modeling and simulation technology,which is a key link in digital design and production,is an important way to increase research efficiency,reduce research funding and implement visualization of research content.In this article,modeling and simulation technology is considered as a research method,with a swash plate axial piston pump as a research object.Then,a method for determining the degree of deterioration of the piston pump wear is proposed and a combination of simulation and experiment is conducted to study the state of wear deterioration and verify the reliability and correctness of the identification method expanded in this article.The research work of this paper is carried out as follows:First,the performance degradation mechanism of piston pump was introduced in detail.Aiming at the relationship between the wear and leakage of the three mean friction pairs of the piston pump,the mathematical models were established separately.Then,a comparison among the three mathematical models are completed.The comparison results indicated that wear clearance of the valve pair has the most serious impact on the piston pump leakage.what’s more,the results also provided a theoretical basis for the reliability of the simulation results.Secondly,simulation and models of different wear clearances of valve pair under different pressures,different speeds were established.Cubic function fitting method was then appointed to process the simulation results.Next step the results was compared with the theoretical calculation results to prove the credibility of the simulation results.Then,according to the piston pump friction test,the degradation characteristic signals of the tested pump under the valve pair with different wear conditions were obtained.Wavelet filtering and variational modal decomposition(VMD)algorithm were introduced to process the obtained signals for analysis.The results verify that the performance of the sample pump is degrading.Finally,a method for identifying wear degradation of piston pumps based on flow field simulation is proposed.According to the simulation results and the test results,the relationship between the wear loss of the valve pair and the degradation degree was obtained,for this,the wear degradation state identification of the piston pump was completed.Furthermore,comparison and error analysis were conducted for the degradation curves which obtained from the simulation and test results. |
