Research On Profit Distribution And Collaborative Development Of Automobile Supply Chain With Strong R &d Enterprises As The Core

Supply chain management is in the modern socialist enterprise market economy,under the basic management principles of human resource sharing,information resource sharing and risk sharing,to realize the economic benefits of the whole supply chain by using the various advantages of human resources and other core comprehensive competitive resources of each enterprise member or the whole enterprise in the whole supply chain system At the same time,the enterprises in the supply chain can get the corresponding benefits.With the rapid development of strong R&D and manufacturing enterprises,they occupy an important position in the supply chain.It is of great practical significance to study the profit distribution and collaborative development of the supply chain with strong R&D and manufacturing enterprises as the core to promote the development of the whole supply chain.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature research and related theories,this paper first expounds the development process of automobile supply chain from working alone to outsourcing and then to industrial cluster,analyzes the development status of automobile supply chain,integrates and analyzes the model and characteristics of automobile supply chain,and clearly defines and explains the connotation and characteristics of strong R & D and manufacturing enterprises.Based on the above theory and practice,this paper proposes a profit distribution model considering the factors of input,contribution and risk.Different distribution methods are used to study.According to the influence of strong R & D manufacturing enterprises on the supply chain,reasonable profit distribution is carried out.At the same time,an optimization model based on Nash negotiation theory is established.Based on this,this paper constructs the evaluation framework of collaborative development of automobile manufacturing supply chain with strong R & D enterprises as the core,constructs the evaluation model of collaborative development from the three dimensions of cooperation,efficiency and benefit,and puts forward the development strategy of innovation zero cooperation mode,strengthening technological innovation research,actively cross regional cooperation and development,and creating free exclusive brand.Through the research on the profit distribution and collaborative development of the supply chain of strong R & D manufacturing enterprises,the enterprises in the supply chain can develop themselves,and the profit distribution of the supply chain is more fair and reasonable,so as to promote the positive development of the whole supply chain.
