Mast-climbing work platform is an indispensable tool for high-rise building construction.Compared with traditional building exterior wall maintenance and construction operation methods,mast-climbing work platform has advantages at adaptability to complex exterior walls,high degree of automation,convenient to use and better security.In recent years,the research and application of the mast-climbing work platform have been improving day by day,but it is necessary to check and calculate when designing,manufacturing and installing the platform,which consumes a lot of time and lengthens the engineering cycle.In order to solve this problem,based on computer-aided engineering technology,this thesis develops a rapid calculation system for the structure of the mast-climbing work platform,which has important application value.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the composition of the mast-climbing work platform,study the design calculation of the mast-climbing work platform under relevant calculation standards,and analyze the loads that should be considered in the design calculations such as structural load,rated load,horizontal force and wind loads,etc.,and to compile a standardized mast-climbing work platform design calculation book to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the system.(2)Analyze the needs of the computing system,design the functions and architecture of the computing system,analyze and design the classes and objects in the computing system,use Visual Studio 2015 as the development software,use Microsoft’s basic class library MFC as the basis,and use C++ Language as a programming language realizes the development of computing system interface and lays the foundation for the development of the system.(3)Research and analyze visualization technology and its tools,select Open GL open graphics library as the basis,combine it with MFC applications,perform graphics drawing and rendering operations,and realize the visualization function module of the computing system.(4)Study the secondary development technology of Microsoft Office,realize the design calculation of the mast-climbing work platform based on C++ language,call the object model of Word,output the calculation report,and realize the function module of the calculation system to automatically generate the design calculation report.(5)Analyze the principle of finite element analysis and finite element analysis software,study the secondary development technology of ANSYS,realize the finite element analysis of the structural components of the mast-climbing work platform based on the command flow,and realize the automatic finite element analysis of the computing system functional modules for analysis.Through the verification of specific application examples,the structural calculation system researched and developed in this thesis has completed the calculation of the structure of the mast-climbing work platform,and realizes the functions of visualization,calculation report generation and finite element analysis,which has good engineering value.
