Research And Application Of Reliability Assessment Of Distribution Transformers Based On Operating Status

Distribution transformer is the key basic equipment of distribution network that plays an important role in the safe and reliable operation of distribution network.In view of the importance of distribution transformer,this paper uses the improved combination weight method to comprehensive fuzzy evaluate the operation status of distribution transformer.Then,taking the operation state index of distribution transformer as the research object,the operation state index system of distribution transformer is established to evaluate the reliability of distribution transformer.Finally,according to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of reliability,the corresponding maintenance strategy of distribution transformer is formulated.Firstly,this paper describes the role of distribution transformer in distribution network and its impact on power supply reliability.At the same time,the previous research and methods of reliability evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of distribution transformer at home and abroad are studied.Then,in the principle of scientific data selection,based on the data of load rate,threephase unbalance,voltage deviation,frequency deviation and grid harmonics,this paper constructs the operation state index model of distribution transformer.According to the mathematical principle of fuzzy synthesis theory,we combine the membership matrix with the improved combination weight,and assign the value to the reliability level to calculate the reliability evaluation result of distribution transformer.At the same time,considering the influence of data contingency and error,the rationality of the calculation results is verified by the maximum membership principle.In order to ensure the validity and accuracy of the calculation results,the reliability evaluation results of distribution transformer are reversely verified by comparing the expert data with the calculation results.Finally,based on the reliability evaluation results of distribution transformer,this paper optimizes the traditional maintenance strategy,formulates the differentiated maintenance strategy based on the maintenance level,improves the evaluation level of distribution transformer operation state and optimizes the maintenance strategy.
