| With the rapid development of economy,the increasing demand for electricity in our country,on the one hand,electricity production safety plays an important role in the development of national economy,on the other hand is the electricity production process with power generation,transmission,substation,the characteristics of the electricity at the same time,in the process of its operation,the potential of various risk factors is more,so in the production of electric power company to modeling risk management is of great significance.In this paper,the weight of the risk management index of the production process of guangzhou power company is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the scoring results of the PDCA risk management of the Department of guangzhou power company are weighted,and the more accurate index ranking is obtained.And put forward pertinent risk control proposals pertinent to improve the risk management level of guangzhou power company.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of risk management in power industry,and puts forward the research content of this paper.Secondly,the risk management theory of power company is analyzed,which mainly includes risk analysis,risk assessment,risk control and risk improvement.In this paper,the relationship between risk management and risk assessment is analyzed.For the power companies in China,there are some factors that can be analyzed:imbalance of power supply and demand,power failure,various disasters,safety management level of power companies and so on.Explains the guangzhou power company production process necessity of constructing risk management models,respectively,from the national demand,technological progress,practicality and high efficiency in this paper,the urgent need of building model.In view of the actual production situation of guangzhou power company,to build an index system of the production process of risk management,the system mainly includes the person’s physiological and psychological characteristics,work environment,transmission and distribution equipment,urban power grid,the man-machine interface,production safety management,substation equipment,substation secondary equipment,job security,ten indicators such as corporate culture safety factor,and the ten properties index is classified as three types:index,personnel,equipment,management and environment,etc.Through the establishment of mathematical model analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy analysis method,will have to establish the risk management index system of guangzhou power company production process to establish the corresponding model realized the two kinds of mathematical methods of risk management model,to solve the corresponding index weights elements laid the theoretical basis.The production process of guangzhou power companies risk management model for the actual modeling analysis,respectively,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy analysis method was used to construct the corresponding model,calculate the index weight of index system,and according to the size of the index weight,the personnel factor,equipment factor and environmental and management Suggestions are given.The process of production process risk management of power company based on PDCA cycle is presented.And to evaluate its production process,The corresponding risk control recommendations are put forward and the risk management effect is analyzed and summarized. |
