Research On Technologies Of Accessories Management Of Lean Assembly Of Aerospace Product

The scientific management of the accessories can provide convenient conditions for theproduction of the enterprise.In order to find a way to improve the level of the accessories mangementfor an aerospace enterprise, it is researched how to use the methods of the supply chain mangement inthe accessories mangement bsaed on the current status of accessories mangement.First of all, the demands of the accessories management of the aerospace enterprise wereanalysised and the overall goal of the Accessories Management System of the aerospace enterprisewas definited,the overall development framework of the system was established based on Java EE.Onthe basis of the framework,the structure of the system was identified,then, the deployment scheme andnetwork environment of system have been designed.Also,roles for users and models of function weredesigned,the use case of the models of function was completed.Secondly, the theory of supply chain management and the relationship between it and the qualitymanagement were analyzed. Existing problems on the quality management of the accseeoriesmanagement were analyzed, the guidelines, strategies and specific measures to improve the situationhave been proposed.The characteristics of the accessories management of the aerospace product havebeen analyzed and the decision-making framework to select the supplier has been established.Basedon the AHP,the aomprehensive evaluation structural model of suppliers and the hierarchical modelhave been eatablished,and also,the application has been analyzed.Then, the process of the database design was analyzed, and according to the various functionalmodules of Accessories Management System, the conceptual structure, logical structure and physicalstructure have been designed.Finally,the development environment and development tools of the system have beendiscussed,and the prototype system which validating the study of the paper has been developed withthe function of system security management, basic data management, warehouse management,supplier evaluation and the quality of fittings management.
