| Under the background of "targeted poverty alleviation" and "rural revitalization",disabled rural families,as vulnerable groups, have attracted increasing attention from all walks of life.Due to the lack of self-care ability, the disabled rely heavily on their family caregivers. However, bathing for the disabled is an activity of high labor intensity and high frequency demands. The long-term burden of care increases the physical and psychological stress of caregivers and leads to a decline in the quality of life of both the disabled and the caregivers. This research starts from the lifestyle of disabled families and focuses on the bathing activities of disabled families. In the literature research stage, through literature measurement and case studies, bathing services for disabled families are divided into two types:fixed-point bathing services and door-to-door bathing services, sorting out the main content and related product concepts of bathing services for the disabled at home and abroad;in user research phase, select disabled, family caregivers, caregiver three core stakeholders, from two perspectives of service providers and service recipients, and research the bath service with observation logs, structured interviews and one-day tracking methods in the comprehensive analysis stage, the user journey map and mood map are used to analyze the core needs of bath aid service, and the Kano model is used to screen out the design opportunities; In the service design stage, aiming at the key problems such as the nursing staff’s heavy labor burden and the difficulty of shifting, the rural door-to-door bath service system is constructed.Based on research findings,a service design plan for assisting bathing in rural disabled families in our country is proposed, which solves the problems of low efficiency and poor sustainability of currently bathing assistance services, and can be promoted and used in a variety of scenarios. This service system takes the long-term care insurance as the financial guarantee, relies on the rural grass-roots social security institutions to establish bathing service points, and uses full-time bathing assistants to provide home bathing services for disabled families; The product design plan of the mobile bathing machine is proposed for the key contacts of the door-to-door bathing aid.The machine is composed of a shifting system,a fully automatic showering system,a heat preservation system,a water temperature control system and a power system.By shifting the robotic arm and the fully automatic multi-mode shower nozzle, the work burden of the bath assistant is reduced, and the safety of the disabled are guaranteed. In addition, the mobile bath aid machine integrates the balancing vehicle as the power source, and has a storage space for carrying medical kits, cleaning materials, service application forms and other items. It allows the bath assistants to travel to disabled families without load, and provide "point-to-point" bathing services through limited assembly of bathing equipment. This study explores the application of service design in the context of rural disabled family bath assistance. On the premise of meeting the needs of the disabled, the bath aid service ensures the safe displacement of the disabled through machines and accessories, and also reduces the use cost and psychological burden; It greatly reduce the burden of care for disabled families by using convenient, efficient, and full-process methods such as automatic body showering, automatic body drying, and door-to-door care without a load;the investment of government and social resources has further increased the attention of the whole society to disabled families. |
