2K-V reducer is the key part of industrial robot joint.It has the advantages of high transmission precision,stable transmission and large transmission ratio.Transmission efficiency is an important index to reflect the performance of 2K-V reducer.Because it will consume a lot of manpower,material resources and time to test the transmission efficiency by building the experimental platform,in order to test the transmission efficiency of 2K-V reducer more efficiently,based on the co simulation technology,this paper studies the numerical simulation technology of transmission efficiency of 2K-V reducer.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the high-precision automatic image measuring instrument,the coordinates of the contour points of typical parts of RV110 E reducer are measured.Considering the surveying and mapping data and error factors,the virtual prototype model of RV110 E reducer is established through Solid Works.At the same time,the equivalent dynamic equations are established to calculate the equivalent moment of inertia of the system when the pin gear housing is fixed and the output end is fixed,Compared with the theoretical calculation and the actual calculation,the moment of inertia is basically consistent,which verifies the correctness of the virtual prototype model of RV110 E reducer based on the high-precision automatic image measuring instrument.(2)Based on ADAMS multi-body dynamics simulation technology,the multi-body dynamics calculation model of 2K-V reducer is established.The speed and acceleration of cycloid needle wheel,input shaft,planetary wheel and output flange are output.The simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical results,thus verifying the correctness of the constraint setting;At the same time,the force between the needle teeth and cycloid needle wheel,cycloid needle wheel and crank shaft,sun wheel and planetary wheel,crank shaft and output flange,and the pin tooth shell and output flange are analyzed.The results are in accordance with the motion state of the reducer,and the correctness of the virtual prototype dynamic model is verified.(3)Based on ADAMS and MATLAB / Simulink simulation technology,the numerical simulation model of transmission efficiency of RV110 E reducer is established,and the torque efficiency curve is output;The transmission efficiency of RV110 E reducer prototype is tested by transmission efficiency test bench.The correctness of numerical simulation technology is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results and test results of transmission efficiency of RV110 E reducer.The research results of this paper provide support for the research of virtual prototype modeling technology,dynamic simulation analysis technology and transmission efficiency numerical simulation technology of 2K-V reducer.Using virtual prototype co simulation technology,the design cycle of 2K-V reducer is greatly shortened,the production efficiency is improved,and the test cost is saved.
