Due to the advantages of wide application range and high detection accuracy,the pile acoustic transmission method has been widely used in the field of pile detection.However,the method has many parameters and large amount of data,so the single factor criterion method can not comprehensively and accurately judge the integrity of pile foundation.At present,the commonly used comprehensive criteria are subjective and mainly rely on the experience analysis of the inspectors.Therefore,this paper proposes to build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics,and analyze the detection data of pile acoustic transmission method,so as to comprehensively evaluate the integrity of pile foundation by integrating various acoustic parameters.The main research contents are as follows(1)By discussing the basic principles of ultrasonic waves,study the propagation law of ultrasonic waves in concrete.The influence of pile foundation concrete defects on the received ultrasonic acoustic parameters is analyzed.(2)This paper summarizes the equipment and testing methods of pile acoustic transmission method,introduces the common data processing methods of pile ultrasonic testing,and analyzes their shortcomings.The necessity of putting forward scientific comprehensive criterion method is explained.(3)The AHP method and the entropy weight method are used to determine the weight values of sound velocity,wave amplitude,frequency and waveform in the evaluation of pile foundation quality.And by studying the application of fuzzy mathematics theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in other fields,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system based on pile foundation acoustic wave transmission method is established.(4)Based on the pile foundation test data of Shenzhen Some IOT Valley building project,the representative pile foundation data are selected,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper is used for data processing and evaluation.The feasibility and practicability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system are verified. |
