Research And Development Of Commercial Bus Customized System Based On Customer Demand

Commercial buses have high demand for individualization and are a customized model.The customized model has a long production cycle,involving multiple processes including design,production preparation,manufacturing,and logistics.The problem facing commercial bus manufacturers is how to shorten the entire production cycle and meet the requirements of market competition.This article has very important theoretical and application value for the research and development of rapid customization methods for commercial buses.Based on the analysis of the structure and production process of commercial buses,this article proposes to proceed from customer needs regarding the lack of flexibility,versatility,standardization,and difficulty in maintenance in the existing rule-based customization model and example-based customization model.Establish a commercial bus customization model based on customer needs.This model not only has the advantages of precise knowledge and simple configuration in a rule-based manner,but also has the advantages of easy access to examples and easy maintenance in an example-based manner.According to the characteristics of the commercial bus product structure,the commercial bus product family model is given,and the product configuration rule library is established.For the examples that cannot be retrieved in the rule-based customization method,similar principles are used to compare them with the example library.Match the instances of,that is,perform similarity calculations on the instances to obtain the configuration results.Through the multi-view mapping method,the mapping relationship between customer needs and customization is solved.At the end of the article,C#is used as the development language to design and develop a commercial bus customization system based on customer needs based on SQL Sever database and Windows operating system platform.The system includes four functional modules:customer demand management module,product family model configuration module,demand mapping module,system management module,etc.,with customer demand management,product family model configuration,demand mapping rule setting,system authority management and other functions.The system has been successfully implemented and applied in a passenger car factory in Jiangxi.From the actual situation of application,the system has greatly improved the design efficiency and order conversion rate of the enterprise.
