The essential characteristics of the construction industry determine that the construction project will face the risks of uncertain factors such as capital,construction period and environmental protection in the whole life cycle,and the economic,technical and environmental pressures of the construction project are higher than those of other industries.How to complete the transformation from construction industry to intensive industry under the background of building a conservation-oriented society is a difficult problem that people in the industry are overcoming.How to improve the utilization rate of funds and resources in construction projects,minimize the impact on the environment on the premise of ensuring the project quality,and effectively reduce the risks in the project cost while using scientific management means,are the key points in the transformation of the construction industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in EPC general contracting project cost management,and points out how to integrate and use the long-term accumulated project cost data resources in the big data environment,so that these data resources can provide decision support for EPC general contracting units quickly and accurately.This paper puts forward how to establish a big data project cost platform,effectively integrate and centrally manage the historical completed project data,and puts forward the EPC general contracting project cost management scheme based on BIM to increase data mining,so as to solve the main problems of EPC life cycle project cost management of big data informationization.According to the practical application of the case,the corresponding project cost data are mined from the big data cost platform according to the needs,and the accurate project cost of the proposed project is determined by the comparative analysis method.Then,the cost big data in the cost platform is applied to the project cost management in each stage of the whole life cycle,and the problems existing in the enterprise EPC general contracting project cost management are solved.According to the practical application of the case,the corresponding project cost data are mined from the big data cost platform according to the needs,and the accurate project cost of the proposed project is determined by the comparative analysis method.
