| With the development of China’s economy and society,the construction industry has also ushered in explosive growth,the scale has continued to expand,the number of construction enterprises has increased significantly,and the market competition between industries has intensified.If construction enterprises want to gain a foothold in the fierce competitive environment,they must improve the profitability of enterprises under the premise of ensuring construction quality,which requires effective control of the cost of engineering projects.At present,the construction general contracting mode still occupies most of the construction market,but due to the huge amount of construction general contracting projects,involving multiple specialties,and the characteristics of strict schedule requirements and tight construction periods,this mode of construction projects is likely to be caused the accuracy of cost forecasting is not high,cost control is difficult,and cost settlement is complicated,which affects the overall profit of the project.Moreover,the cost control level of most construction general contracting projects is low,and the traditional cost control methods can no longer meet the needs of today’s market,which requires construction enterprises to introduce new cost control methods to improve the cost control level of enterprises themselves.This thesis takes the C project of ZS Company as an example to conduct cost control research,and finds the construction general contracting project of ZS Company on the basis of consulting the relevant theories and literature on cost control at home and abroad,combined with the cost control status of the company’s construction general contracting project The problems in the cost control process are mainly due to the lack of implementation of cost targets,lack of refined cost control,low level of control over cost components,and inaccurate control of construction schedule.In order to solve these problems,this thesis introduces the concept of full life cycle cost for project C,and divides the whole life cycle of the project into four stages,namely the bidding stage,the construction preparation stage,the construction stage,and the completion settlement stage,and discusses C in stages.The current status of project cost control and the focus of cost control.At the same time,BIM information technology is introduced to improve the project to a greater extent through the visualization,coordination,simulation and optimization characteristics of BIM technology construction quality,effectively control project costs,reduce project costs,and improve construction efficiency.As a new engineering project management technology,BIM technology can help enterprises to abandon the original extensive management mode and gradually develop into a refined,collaborative and information-based management mode.This thesis uses BIM technology to control the cost of each stage of the whole life cycle of the C project.The four stage cost control points are analyzed,and finally the effect of C project using BIM technology on the implementation of cost control in the whole life cycle is analyzed Make corresponding suggestions for project cost control.The purpose of this study is to study the cost control of BIM technology at all stages of the whole life cycle of construction GC projects,and propose a more optimal method for the cost control of construction GC projects,improve the cost management and control capabilities of construction units,and maximize economic benefits,and promote the application of BIM technology to provide reference for more construction general contracting projects. |
