| In the current architectural design practice,the strategy adopted in the renovation and reuse design of old industrial buildings is often shown as a passive approach when solving problems one-to-one,which often fails to achieve a clear goal when the whole and systematic investigation is carried out.In a problem corresponding to one or more strategies at the same time will cause the consumption of energy and resources.Under the research background of the integrated multi-effect thinking and the transformation strategy of old industrial buildings,this paper summarizes the current situation and research results of the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings at home and abroad.Based on this,this paper conducts an exploratory study on the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings under the integrated multi-effect thinking:First of all,from the architectural planning theory,regional architecture theory,green architecture theory,three important architectural theories and the practice of small buildings,medium buildings,large buildings,summed up the integrated multi-effect thinking.And for the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings to carry out field research and analysis,in order to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the existing domestic old industrial buildings renovation design,so as to find the integration of multi-effect thinking and the old industrial building renovation relationship;Secondly,through the neutral and opposite problems of old industrial buildings,four problems that old industrial buildings will inevitably encounter are discussed:Starting from structural safety,space efficiency,energy conservation and thermal insulation,and cultural atmosphere,this paper elaborates the integrated multi-effect thinking mode around the primary and secondary nature of industrial building problems.Based on the transformation and reuse strategies of old industrial buildings,it finds the intersection in complex problems and strategies through the integrated multi-effect thinking.Finally,a set of effective strategies for building reconstruction are summarized,and combined with an engineering example--the transformation project of Wuhai Yellow River Chemical Plant is studied,applied and verified.This paper hopes to provide a new breakthrough point for the reconstruction and reuse of old industrial buildings through the exploration and summary of the existing old industrial buildings,and provide some new thinking and suggestions for the future development.Specific suggestions and design methods are put forward for the renovation project of Wuhai Yellow River Chemical Plant,which has practical guiding significance. |
