Research On Old Industrial Buildings Recycling Decision

With the rapid development of China's cities and the adjustment of industrial structure,many large state-owned enterprises have ceased production,bankruptcy,and bankruptcy due to poor management or transformation failure.A large number of idle old industrial buildings need to be resolved.In the process of the old industrial building recycling project,due to the blindness and follow-up of the decision-making of the model,there are few successful cases,which have a huge negative impact on the image and development of the urban area.The thesis conducts in-depth research on the decision-making of the old industrial building recycling model,providing decision makers with reasonable and effective decision-making opinions and references,avoiding blind development of recycling projects,and reducing the social problems brought about by this.The paper first analyzes the current status of recycling of old industrial buildings in combination with the large-scale national survey,and studies the comprehensive value of recycling of old industrial buildings based on the theory of sustainable development,and starts from the environmental,social and economic values of old industrial buildings.Provide a scientific evaluation standard and basis for the development of the project;secondly,analyze the recycling mode of the old industrial plant area,and give reference to the formulation of the modes in different areas of the old industrial plant,and use the effect evaluation to verify;then analyze the monomer The recycling model of old industrial buildings,using case-based reasoning method to study the model decision-making problem of single old industrial buildings,introduces rule-based reasoning to construct a single industrial building recycling model selection model,and realizes the choice of mode;finally introduces examples for analysis.The paper studies the decision-making problem of the old industrial building in the recycling mode from the perspective of the old industrial plant and the old industrial building.It provides a new idea for the research of the decision-making of the old industrial building recycling model,and enriches the existing theory in theory.The mode decision method has pointed out the direction for further research in the next step,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
