Cost management is the top priority of project management,and successful cost management can bring maximum investment benefits to investors.Accurate project quantity as a prerequisite for calculating project cost is the focus of this paper.The BIM technology has the advantages of coordination,visualization and parameterization,which can also provide technical support for the research of this paper.This paper mainly discusses how to establish a standardized measurement interface that fits the actual costing work.It tries to transform the problem of establishing a standardized measurement interface into the problem of establishing a standardized measurement model.A solution is proposed to correlate and standardize the information required in the actual measurement work with the BIM model based on the IFC data standard.On this basis,the corresponding standardized measurement interface is developed to realize fast and accurate BIM measurement,so as to improve the information level of construction cost in China at this stage.Firstly,this paper compares and tests the existing BIM software interfaces,and concludes that the establishment of a standardized measurement model can be achieved through two aspects: standardization of data conversion and standardization of measurement attributes,and gives the general application process as a guide on this basis.Then,within this framework,the IFC data standard is selected as the core of data conversion standardization,and its principles of expression of various typical information and the shortcomings of its application to metrology are explored,and the necessity of IFC data conversion standardization is summarized,and the ways of its implementation are also elaborated.Next,this paper analyzes the specific construction information required for metering in conjunction with the list,and then establishes a standardized IFC metering attribute table based on this construction information.After completing the above work,in order to break the barrier between the list measurement rules and the standardized measurement model and to facilitate the identification,storage and classification of the components at a later stage,this paper also establishes a measurement classification and coding system in accordance with the IFC standard.Combining this classification and coding system with the standardized IFC metrology attribute table explored in the previous paper,a standardized IFC metrology attribute set for different categories of components is finally established by completing the missing IFC attributes and streamlining some IFC attributes that are not related to metrology.Finally,this paper synthesizes these results to carry out the secondary development of the standardized metering interface,which mainly introduces three aspects: the design of functional modules,the design of UI interface,and the design of development process.After completing the development of the interface,the developed interface is used to establish a standardized measurement model to calculate the quantity of work in combination with the actual project,and the feasibility and superiority of the ideas applied to BIM measurement are verified after comparison.
