With the rapid development of water transportation,the navigation safety of ships has also received increasing attention.The ship model experiment is very important in the research of ship navigation because of its intuitiveness and reliability,and it is widely used in practical engineering.Limited to test conditions,time and capital,the application of small scale ship models in hydraulic models is also a key research direction.However,due to factors such as small absolute size of the small scale ship model and large errors,the reliability of the test measurement results of the small scale ship model is difficult to control,and the in-depth study of the small scale ship model adds many difficulties.Aiming at the problem of reliability,real-time and flexibility in measurement control of the small scale ship model test system in the hydraulic model experiment of the project Party A,the test system hardware and software were developed to meet the test more accurate The needs of various measurement and control methods.Finally,a comprehensive ship model test system has been completed,which has the characteristics of low cost,strong expandability and novel control mode.It provides better test conditions for the small scale ship model test,which is helpful for the further development of related research.The system’s lower computer is designed based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,used for central control,operating equipment on board,and controlling the movement of the ship model;using a variety of sensors,real-time measurement and feedback of the ship model’s navigation status,and uploading to the host computer to help the test operator Real-time observation and post-analysis;collect videos of the first angle of view and third-person angle of the ship model,simulate the actual operation,restore the actual ship operation mode and angle of view as much as possible,and give the experiment more choices.The host computer uses the electronic steering wheel to accurately control and feedback the ship model navigation;complete the video data display,parameter setting and data query of the test through each interface;improve the control accuracy and stability through the debounce algorithm of the electronic steering wheel;use the LMS algorithm Adaptive filtering improves the accuracy of measured data.Finally complete the basic functions of the test software system.After comprehensive commissioning and testing,the entire system completed the test prototype system on September 28,2019,and participated in the testing and application of subsequent actual hydraulic model tests. |
