| Construction industry plays an important role in our national economy,especially in promoting the rapid development of social economy and improving people’s living standards.At present,China is in an important period of rapid urbanization,which sets a higher threshold for the construction industry in the management of Engineering projects.The level of project schedule management directly affects the construction period,product quality,capital chain and the interests of all parties.Schedule planning and control is an important part of project management in construction industry.The first step of project management is to make project schedule,because a reasonable project schedule can balance the cost and construction period of the project,and can promote the smooth implementation of the project.The so-called control refers to whether the project construction can be completed according to the project schedule,which is of great significance to the realization of the project objectives.The main research results are as follows:(1)Taking Q project as an example,this paper studies the related theories of construction project management,and deeply excavates and elaborates the project progress plan and control,deeply studies the methods,principles,steps and optimization measures of enterprise project progress plan,and formulates a complete project progress plan for Q project.(2)This paper analyses in detail the basic engineering,main engineering,wall and ground engineering,door and window installation,roofing engineering,interior decoration,Hydropower Engineering and project acceptance.The WBS method is used to decompose the working structure of the project,clarify the sequence of working procedures,and carefully arrange the construction period required for each process,so as to determine the key working procedures of the construction period.Then the earned value method is used to evaluate the actual construction situation of the earthwork excavation process and the high-rise concrete pouring process of the project.(3)In the process of implementing Q project,the construction progress of the project is controlled according to the project progress plan,the actual situation in the process of project implementation is controlled by various control means,and the actual implementation of Q project progress plan is monitored on the basis of related progress plan management and control theory.The actual implementation of Q project in the implementation is seriously out of line with the original situation.The progress plan has taken some measures to correct it. |
