Wire harnesses are important components to connect complex electromechanical products and are widely used in automobiles,rail cars,industrial control,aerospace and other fields.The wire harness acts as a "tether" connecting various control modules and electronic devices,and plays a role in the transmission of energy and electrical signals in the electrical system of the product.The quality and assembly level of the wiring harness product will affect the overall performance and reliability of the product.At present,in the complex product manufacturing enterprises represented by aviation in my country,the main tasks such as wiring,shielding,and termination in the production process of harness products still rely heavily on worker experience and complicated process documents,technical means and auxiliary tools are relatively backward,and process guidance Less digital.In order to improve the efficiency of wire harness production and the quality of product assembly,in-depth research on the digitalization of wire harness production guidance was carried out,aiming to provide effective digital tools and technical support for the development of related work.(1)Carried out the overall design of the digital process guidance system for wire harness production.Analyzed the requirements of the system from the aspects of function,and put forward the overall architecture of the system.The structure,workflow,and technical solutions of the basic and functional modules of the system application will be investigated respectively.(2)Researched wiring harness digital information modeling and wiring route automatic identification technology.The concept and composition of related components of the wire harness are introduced,the characteristics of the wire harness and the requirements for the digital information model are analyzed,and a digital information model based on the topological structure of the wire harness is proposed.The principle,rules and process of wiring harness drawing resource technology are analyzed,and the parsed primitive entity information is used as the data source of the digital information model.Combining this model,an automatic wiring path recognition method based on wiring harness diagram recognition is proposed.The leaf line cutting algorithm and the realization process of this method are discussed in detail.(3)Researched the automatic layout design and space optimization technology of the wiring harness.On the basis of the wire harness digital information model,the theoretical model of the wire harness branch tree combining undirected graph and binary tree is proposed,and the related definition and layer division of the branch tree are introduced in detail.On the basis of the branch tree model,through the introduction of predicate logic,methods such as advanced trunk selection reasoning,basic configuration layout reasoning and space optimization reasoning are designed to realize autonomous decision-making,automatic layout design and layout space optimization.Wire harness trunk.Finally,the efficiency and reliability of the technology are discussed through experiments.(4)On the basis of the theoretical and technical research results described in this article,the overall development goals,operating environment,and system structure of the system are introduced,and the overall realization of the system is carried out in combination with examples,and the realization of each functional module is introduced in detail.Verify the key theories and techniques in the thesis.
