| Urban comprehensive pipe gallery is an important symbol of urban modernization construction,which can effectively solve many quality problems existing in the traditional pipeline buried directly,reduce pipeline damage,eliminate repeated pavement excavation,and ease urban traffic congestion.Because of the complexity of the geological conditions,the construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery is difficult,especially there are many difficulties and problems in the quality management of the construction stage.It is of great significance to study and summarize the methods and measures to solve the quality management difficulties in the construction process of comprehensive pipe gallery,which is of great significance to the subsequent construction of similar comprehensive pipe gallery projects.This paper sorts out and studies the quality management process of the comprehensive pipe gallery project in the middle section of East Huandao Road in Hengqin New Area,and summarizes and analyzes the prominent problems and difficulties of quality control in the construction stage.Because the comprehensive pipe gallery in the middle section of East Huandao Road in Hengqin New Area is built on complex soft soil foundation,it is easy to cause uneven settlement and leakage of the comprehensive pipe gallery structure if the soft foundation is not properly treated or the quality control of foundation pit support process is not in place.Therefore,there are many quality control difficulties in the foundation treatment,foundation pit support,foundation pit excavation,main structure,waterproof backfill and other major construction stages of the comprehensive pipe gallery in the middle section of Huandao East Road.Through the use of quality management organization,technical measures,optimization of construction methods,improvement of construction machinery and equipment and other means,to achieve the comprehensive pipe gallery construction quality management and safety objectives.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,the difficulties and problems encountered in the construction process were solved one by one,such as air leakage investigation and repair of sealing film for vacuum preloading soft foundation treatment,short length of cement mixing pile in actual construction,deviation of vertical degree and elevation of cast-in-place pile,leakage plugging of pipe tunnel structure,quality defect of earthwork backfilling,etc.The main measures include: the use of zoning irrigation to observe the bubble and pressure gauge with the method of rapid detection of sealing film leakage and repair;The instrument which can display the actual length of cement mixing pile directly by the transmission of gear is used to monitor the construction quality.To improve the PHC pile machine equipment to realize the combination of drilling and piling,improve the quality of piling and work efficiency;Through the grooving of the leakage location,the rubber water stop belt processing bonding and placement,placement of the inner support,decorative panel installation to realize the complex soft soil foundation of the comprehensive pipe gallery serious leakage and even the rubber water stop belt tears when the waterproof leakage treatment and other measures and methods.This paper summarizes the research on the difficulties of quality management and the application of new technology in the construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery in the middle section of Huandao East Road in Hengqin New Area under the condition of homosexual love in the complex ultra-deep soft soil.Under the premise of ensuring the quality requirements,the construction period is shortened,the construction cost is reduced,and the repair and treatment cost caused by quality defects is reduced as far as possible.It ensures the safety and control of the project,and achieves the goal of creating excellence and award in engineering quality.It provides some theoretical basis and practical reference for the similar geological conditions of the comprehensive pipe gallery engineering project. |
