Research On Design Of Embedded Retirement Facilities In Community

As the population ageing continues to intensify,the number of domestic elderly population is increasing,and their proportion is increasing.The elderly’s demand for the elderly is increasing,and a variety of elderly care methods and elderly service facilities are in full bloom.Embedded elderly care service facilities,as a type of elderly care building,are still in the development stage in our country,and there are still many problems in practice.This article summarizes the problems in practice of the domestic embedded elderly care service facilities and related people,and solves the problems from the perspective of architecture.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is the investigation of the current situation of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities.First,it analyzes the development background of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities in my country from three aspects: the development environment,development status,advantages and challenges of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities.After that,the case of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities is analyzed and summarized,and the embedded mode of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities is researched.Afterwards,a survey and summary of the attitudes and needs of the elderly in the embedded elderly care service facilities and the residents of the relevant communities on the facilities are carried out.Finally,combined with the above content,the problems existing in domestic practice of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities are put forward.In the second part,the practical problems of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities proposed in the above part are centered on the theoretical research on the design methods of embedded elderly care service facilities,hoping to solve the problems through design methods.The research content of the embedded senior care service facility design method is divided into five parts,including location planning,general layout design,functional design,indoor environment design and outdoor activity area design.Laid a foundation for problem solving and subsequent practice.Finally,this article applies the theory to practice,and applies the design methods discussed before on the practical issues of domestic embedded elderly care service facilities.It provides a comprehensive assessment of the L community from location planning,architectural design,and outdoor activity areas.Practical research has been conducted on the design of embedded elderly care service facilities,and some design methods proposed to solve the problems have been used in practice to respond to the problems.
