| Tensions in land resources and increasing leased population lead to increased urban housing conflicts.The emergence of Long Rental Apartments has eased the problems of single rented apartment types and opaque renting information,while catering to the consumption concepts and lifestyles of young people.Therefore,Long Rental Apartments are expected to become the mainstay of the future development of the housing rental market.This thesis studies the related concepts,development status and communication space of Long Rental Apartments for Youth,combines related theories and the needs of young people’s psychological and behavioral activities,and constructs the evaluation system of communication space of Long Rental Apartments.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter raises research questions,introduces the research background of Long Rental Apartments for Youth,arranges the construction process and current status of Long Rental Apartments for Youth,explains the purpose and significance of topic selection,clarifies research content and methods,and determines the research framework of the thesis.The second and third chapters analyze the problem.The second chapter mainly discusses the related concepts and theories of Long Rental Apartments for Youth,it is concluded that Long Rental Apartments for Youth market in China is still in the primary stage of development,and is affected by many factors ranging from the national macro-control to the creation of public spaces.The third chapter further clarifies the importance and research value of communication space of Long Rental Apartments for Youth,summarizes its classification,scale influencing factors,and existing problems.At the same time,the spatial evaluation method is introduced to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the evaluation system.The fourth and fifth chapters are the core chapters of the thesis to solve the problem.The fourth chapter is based on case investigation and literature analysis,through the evaluation system index screening,evaluation system pre-investigation,expert opinion consultation,combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to build an evaluation system for communication space of Long Rental Apartments for Youth.The fifth chapter combines the demonstration with examples to test the operability and accuracy of the evaluation system,proposes targeted improvement measures.Shenzhen YOU + Long Rental Apartments for Youth was selected for field survey and questionnaire survey.Through data compilation and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation results of various indicators were obtained,and an optimization strategy was proposed.The sixth chapter summarizes the research conclusions and limitations of the thesis,proposes research ideas.The main research results of this thesis are the construction and application of the evaluation system for communication space of Long Rental Apartments for Youth by using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,provides reference for the design and use of the public communication space of Long Rental Apartments for Youth. |
