| As the urbanization continues to accelerate and expand in size in China,the density of urban areas is increasing gradually.As one of the four largest first-tier cities in China,Shenzhen’s high density is an environmental factor that can’t be avoided in research related to architectural design.Its density of urban area is much higher than that of average second and third tier cities.This has also affected the supply of the land for education.In addition,with the development of Shenzhen’s economy,it has attracted talents from all over the country,and the growth of its population has also led to a lack of the degrees of primary and secondary schools.The increase in the scale of primary and secondary schools by the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality has also increased the density of primary and secondary schools,which has also affected the comfort of the campus interior space.With the implementation of quality education today,the teaching format of primary and secondary schools tends to be open,diverse and interactive,and the emphasis on informal learning models has gradually increased,but the comfort of informal learning spaces out of class contradicts the increase in building density of campus.This article mainly focuses on how to create a comfortable and informal learning space in the architectural design of the primary and secondary school campus at the condition of high density in Shenzhen.This article selects the informal learning space in the campus buildings of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen as the research object,and summarizes the influence factors of urban density,climatic conditions,normative provisions,and educational concepts on informal learning space of the campus buildings.The study on classification of informal learning space explores the characteristics of it such as public resources,activity space,and transportation space in primary and secondary school campuses,and summarizes the principles and strategies in the design of informal learning spaces in primary and secondary school campus buildings suitable for the condition of high-density of urban.Finally,this article verify the theory by the practice design project of Xinghe Primary School in Guangming New District,Shenzhen. |
