Study On The Planning Strategy Of Rural Human Settlements Renovation In Sishilipu Town Of Pingliang City

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,under the background of rapid urbanization,great changes have taken place in China’s rural environment and unexpected events such as the COVID-19 epidemic have put forward higher requirements for rural human settlement environment.The governance of rural human settlement environment should pay attention to the upgrading of rural production,living and ecological environment as well as the construction of grassroots health forces in villages and the cultivation of villagers’ awareness of health protection.At present,domestic researches on rural human settlements mostly focus on rural construction standards,there are more researches on rural human settlements in economically developed areas such as Zhejiang and Guangdong and more studies on rural human settlements at county and village levels,but less studies on rural human settlements in ecologically fragile areas of the Northwest Loess Plateau,especially at town level.In this paper,the village of Sishilipu Town,Pingliang City,Gansu Province,which is located in the Jinghe River of the Loess Plateau,is selected as the main research object.Based on the actual project,through field survey,interview and questionnaire survey,the universal problems of rural human settlements in this region are further understood and analyzed.Based on the geographical characteristics,social and economic development characteristics,rural living environment characteristics of the whole region,the relationship between urban and rural development and the characteristics of rural human settlement environment,this paper studies its influence on rural human settlement environment,and on this basis,deeply studies the current situation of rural human settlement environment in five aspects: nature,society,culture,residence and facilities,and puts forward the rural human settlement environment remediation strategies,in order to provide reference for rural human settlement environment remediation in Jinghe River of Loess Plateau.In this paper,firstly,the related concepts of rural human settlement environment are defined,and the research status of rural human settlement environment at home and abroad is summarized.Through the cases of rural human settlement environment governance at home and abroad,it provides theoretical and practical support for the villages in Sishilipu Town,Pingliang City.Secondly,three types of villages are selected as typical research objects,and the current situation characteristics and existing problems of the three types of villages in Sishilipu Town,Pingliang City are analyzed by AHP,villagers’ interview records and questionnaires.It is concluded that the villages in the township,the villages in the industrial park and the villages near the natural ecological corridor of Jinghe River show different practical problems.Finally,combined with the current situation investigation and quantitative analysis of indicators,this paper puts forward the overall framework of rural human settlements remediation in Sishilipu Town,Pingliang City,analyzes the influencing factors,development direction and remediation mode of different types of rural human settlements,and puts forward remediation strategies and plans applicable to different types of rural human settlements.With a view to providing guidance for the construction of rural human settlements in Sishilipu Town,Pingliang City,and providing ideas for remediation planning for the construction of the same type of rural human settlements.
