Research On The Spatial Renewal Design Of Xi’an Shuncheng Alley From The Perspective Of Interaction Behavior

In stock planning period,the old city update seriously reveals update problems,such as the homogeneous construction,lack of public space and go on.The main reason of renewal in a long-term which neglect the major group used public city space,leading to mislaid neighborhood relationship and regional life,make aboriginal life space is difficult to survive,which called the elements of "lived" in the urban renewal is difficult to keep,and generate the vitality of the old city faded away.Under the background of aging,the aging situation in the old city is serious and prominent,and the pension mode is shifting to community,home and institution support,which also causes the objective demand of the elderly to the street space.Therefore,optimizing the existing street space to adapt to and better promote the occurrence of communication behavior will become an important part of the future pension system.Based on the perspective of the old people in the old city renewal,this paper selects Shuncheng Alley,an important street space in the old city of Xi ’an,as the research object,and makes an optimization for the street space suitable for the elderly according to the objective spatial environment requirements of the communication behaviors it needs to carry PSPL method and SD semantic analysis method were used in this study.Through quantitative and qualitative,subjective and objective integrated dual angles,different extents of shun city lane physical space features and space requirements and the elderly intercourse questionnaire investigation,interview investigation,tracking and other field research method,through the map street activities heat map,behavior and remember,actions track chart and other statistical analysis,combing the status quo physical environment of the old street,and summed up the elderly street communication space environment demand.According to the existing street space of Shuncheng Alley,the physical elements of the street are summarized,namely the proportion of business forms suitable for the elderly,the scale and form of spatial interface,landscape greening characteristics,the construction of facilities suitable for the elderly and sign system,as well as the types of existing communication places.On older communicative behavior,through travel habits and behavior note summarizes the different content of group composition characteristics,the laws of time and space,from the space factor to consider its classification,and through the objective factor and subjective satisfaction evaluation combined with typical street section and huancheng park along the edge of the wall the typical space as a focus of research.Finally,the ideas of aging appropriate renewal of street space are constructed,and the basic principles should be established first,and then the nodes of street space that need to be updated are defined.Combined with the previous analysis,the aging appropriate renewal method of street space based on communication behavior is proposed,and the design practice is carried out through the site nodes.It is expected to provide some theoretical and practical reference value for the renovation of the old city of Xi ’an and the outdoor space for the elderly.
