| At present,China’s urban construction has transferred from incremental expansion to stock optimization.The Central City Work Conference proposed the urban development and construction strategy of "Urban renovation and ecological restoration" based on the transformation of urban construction.As an important stock space and ecological carrier of the city,the waterfront space has become the key object of the "Urban renovation and ecological restoration".However,the construction of the waterfront space is usually led by the designer and tend to cause problems that the actual situation seems contrary to the original design intention after completion.As a feedback mechanism,Post-occupancy Evaluation can scientifically and comprehensively reflect all aspects of the built environment,solve the problem of disconnection between design and actual use,which is of great significance for improving the quality of the built environment.With the launch of the project "Urban renovation and ecological restoration" in the city Xi’an and the construction of Xixian New Area,Weihe River as an important public and ecological space,has once again become a key area for urban construction.The Post-occupancy Evaluation of its waterfront space has important value and significance for the construction of the Weihe River and the development of Xi’an and Xianyang.The Weihe River waterfront space as the research object,this thesis utilizes Postoccupancy Evaluation as the research theory and method,intends to apply it to the built environment of the Waterfront Space of the Weihe River in Qinhan New City,analyzes the evaluation results and finally puts forward the corresponding construction principles and strategies,shed some light on guiding the construction of waterfront space in Xi’an and the " Urban renovation and ecological restoration ".This article first systematically explains the related theories of the Post-occupancy Evaluation in the built environment and the establishment method of evaluation factor set.Secondly,based on the study of relevant data,the situation of the waterfront space construction of the Weihe River and the cities along the coast is sorted out,and then the urban overview,urban river history and existing planning of the Qinhan New City is introduced.Then the overall status,construction types and important nodes of the Weihe River waterfront space are summarized through field investigations,which helps to analyze the current plans.Lastly,on the basis of the above research,the Post-occupancy Evaluation model,subject and objective are determined.The evaluation factor set for the built environment of the waterfront space in the Qinhan New City section of the Weihe River is formulated using exploratory research,document research extraction,and Delphi analysis.And the AHP is used to calculate the weights of the evaluation factors at all levels.After that,the satisfaction evaluation and usage evaluation of the built nodes of representative waterfront space are carried out.The scale data is quantitatively analyzed,the behavior map and behavior log data are qualitatively analyzed.Thus,get the final evaluation results by concluding the the strong and weak points.Finally,based on the evaluation results after use,the Weihe River waterfront space design principles and related optimization strategies are proposed in terms of safety,ecology,humanization,and locality.The research results of this thesis have certain reference value for the construction of the Weihe River waterfront space,and at the same time have a positive guiding significance for the development of Xi’an " Urban renovation and ecological restoration" project. |
