Analysis Of The Whole Process Evaluation And Application Of The Quality Of Residential Interior Decoration And Decoration Project

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the Chinese real estate industry has brought a broad market to the residential interior decoration project.However,with the rapid development of residential interior decoration industry,the quality problems caused by decoration and decoration have become the focus of society.Due to the problems of the construction team,defective design scheme,unqualified decoration materials,poor site management,insufficient supervision of the industry and government,all kinds of quality problems occurred frequently,and the related complaint cases also increase eachyear.The main reason is China has not developed a mature quality evaluation system.Therefore,the urgent problem is establishing a systematic and scientific evaluation system of the whole process of project quality in the residential interior decoration industry,which is great significance with standardize engineering behavior and improve service quality,improve the competitiveness of enterprises and lead the healthy development of the industry.In this paper,the research object is the whole process evaluation of residential interior decoration and decoration quality,focusing on the theory of quality management and quality evaluation,the influencing factors of decoration engineering and the comprehensive evaluation model.First of all,starting with a large number of literature,understand the background of industry and research status at home and abroad;Secondly,interviewing a large number of construction sites and professionals,combined with quality management and quality evaluation theory,the implementation status of decoration engineering is expounded,and the four stages(decision and design stage,construction stage,acceptance stage,warranty stage)and "4M1E"(human resource,material,method,machinery,environment)are summarized and analyzed the influencing factors in different key stages.Then,the Delfie method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to study the design of the evaluation index system,the determination of the evaluation weight and the construction of the evaluation model.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the whole process of the engineering quality of the two projects in Nanan City,and according to the insufficient analysis of the evaluation conclusions,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.Depend on the research of this paper,it is hope to provide a systematic and scientific reference for the decoration company to supervise and evaluate the quality of the whole process of the residential interior decoration project,so that the decoration and decoration company can be based on its own actual situation and market demand,improve the service level and customer satisfaction,and promote the development of the enterprise.In addition,Depend on the research of this paper,it is hope to provide the basis for the owner to evaluate the quality of the whole process of residential interior decoration and decoration project,so that the owner can understand the real situation and economic benefits of the implementation of the project,and urge the qualified quality of the project to be completed successfully.I also hope that the research in this paper can provide certain reference value for the government to improve the industry quality evaluation system and evaluation mechanism,which is helpful for the government to standardize the market order of the industry.
