| Since the reform and opening up,under the condition that the urban-rural boundaries have gradually faded,the functional elements and activities of the cities and towns have gradually gathered in the countryside.Some economically developed areas or villages have shown a trend of in-situ urbanization,and new rural communities have become a means of in-situ urbanization.One.Gaoling District is a pilot area for in-situ urbanization in Guanzhong.The construction of new rural communities has rapidly and bluntly stripped away the traditional production and lifestyle of residents,resulting in the lack of inheritance of the villagers’ demand for traditional street space characteristics and lack of spirituality.The types of community settlement space are gradually diversified,but the construction of street space is lacking.The organization of the macro street and lane network space is chaotic,the morphological scale of the street space is unreasonable,the lack of traditional communication space in the street and lane,and the ignorance of traditional blood and geographic relationships.Through the research of this article,we hope to explore a new rural community street space construction method that can retain traditional memories,place villagers’ emotions,and embody the spirit of the times,and provide for the construction of green and livable new rural community street space in Gaoling District and other areas in Guanzhong.Reference ideas.In traditional rural settlements,in addition to the traffic demand,the scale of the street space directly affects the production and lifestyle of the residents,and is an important spatial element demand for the daily living activities of the villagers.In this paper,by classifying the structure of the streets and lanes of the new rural community,a systematic classification study is carried out from the three levels of the streets and lanes network-traffic organization-communication space.First,conduct a background study on the scale and the characteristics of the street space in the traditional villages of Gaoling District;secondly,the construction overview and street space of the existing new-type rural communities from the two aspects of "qualitative" and "quantitative" Conduct research and sort out its problems in the construction of street and lane space;finally,draw on the traditional street and lane space construction strategy and combine the development trend of in-situ urbanization,and propose a new rural community street space optimization strategy and construction model in Gaoling District.The conclusion of the paper is as follows:(1)The evolutionary development and construction of the spatial layout of the street and lane network,the current checkerboard grid road network model in the early stage of in-situ urbanization-the mid-in-situ grid ring road network model-the late in-situ urbanization End-of-road livable community road network model;(2)Hierarchical division of the traffic organization structure,systematically design the main roads,branch roads,laneways,and small roads in front of the house on the spatial scale of streets and lanes.Advocate walking,and organize a traffic organization strategy of “Pedestrian Priority” through “Shared Streets”;(3)Focus on the creation of streets and lanes and spaces in front of houses for neighborhood communication. |
