| In order to solve the problem of the shrinking rural school-age population,the state has introduced a policy to adjust the spatial layout of schools by merging some schools with others.The removal of rural schools leads to a large number of vacant school buildings,resulting in the waste of fixed assets and inefficient use of construction land indicators.In recent years,although the problem of idle schools in rural areas has received continuous attention,due to the lack of relevant research,there are many contradictions between the current situation of school building utilization and the actual functional needs of villagers.As a large agricultural province,Henan Province has many administrative villages under its jurisdiction.There are a large number of idle schools in rural areas and the problem of idle school space is serious.However,the utilization of this kind of space is still in the exploration stage and there are still common problems in the utilization status quo.Therefore,taking the teaching space of rural idle schools as the research object,this paper conducts a field survey of rural idle schools in Henan by means of questionnaire survey and field mapping,sorts out and analyzes the utilization status of rural idle school buildings,and then systematically conducts research on the reuse of such space.This study not only has enlightening significance for the reuse of rural idle resources,but also has certain guiding significance for the practical exploration of rural idle school reuse.Firstly,starting from the current situation of teaching space in rural idle schools,the basic characteristics of teaching space in rural idle schools are summarized from three aspects: spatial scale,spatial scale and transportation organization.Through the method of field investigation,the present situation of teaching space utilization in rural idle schools is understood.On this basis,the main problems are summarized as follows:spatial function and use requirements are not perfect,functional layout and use mode do not match,streamline organization and use mode do not adapt,and space environment and use experience is not ideal.Secondly,from different perspectives such as function,space and streamline,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the reuse of teaching space in rural idle schools.On the one hand,the development of the countryside,the inclination of the policy and the demand of the villagers urgently promote the reuse of the idle schools in the countryside.On the other hand,the existing spatial scale,organization and structure of teaching space restrict the reuse of space.Therefore,through the analysis of the influencing factors of space reuse,the paper provides the basis and direction for the proposal of functional reuse methods of teaching space in idle schools.Finally,based on the influencing factors of the reuse of teaching space in rural idle schools,this paper puts forward specific methods for the reuse of teaching space in rural idle schools from four aspects: functional configuration,spatial reconstruction and layout,moving line organization and so on.Then the rationality of the proposed method is demonstrated through the design practice of the idle school in Luwan village.Based on the phenomenon that a large number of idle schools in rural areas fail to make reasonable use of the teaching space,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the utilization of idle school buildings,puts forward the method of teaching space reuse in idle schools in rural areas,and makes clear the direction of such space reuse.Through the research,this paper is expected to play a positive role in improving the study of rural idle schools and promoting the practical exploration of rural idle schools reuse. |
