Research On Reconstruction And Reutilization Of The Leave Nnused Public Building In Wangshang Village

Under the impact of urbanization,idle rural resources has become a common problem.In the face of the present situation of rural extensive construction and the practical needs of rural development,relevant policies are constantly issued to activate rural idle resources.Although the idle public building resources of Wangshang Village are not like the historical relics buildings with high historical and cultural value in the traditional villages,they still have their own specific significance.At present,there are many cases of reconstruction and reuse of idle buildings in rural areas,but there are few cases of comprehensive and systematic application.As a demonstration village of rural revitalization and construction in Yangling Region,how to establish suitable reconstruction and reuse methods based on the village has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the idle public buildings in Wangshang Village as the research object,and studies the practice and design methods of reconstruction and reuse,which mainly includes the current investigation and value extraction research of the idle public buildings in Wangshang Village,the design and practice of examples,and the summary of reconstruction and reuse methods.First,we should fully understand the historical background and current use of idle public buildings in Wangshang Village,select the construction cases for reconstruction and reuse for detailed research,combine the characteristics of the building and the comprehensive performance evaluation results of the current situation,and clarify the feasibility and basis of reconstruction and reuse implementation.Secondly,the current situation survey of the village small staff east building,village auditorium and village small north and south school three groups of idle public buildings for specific practice and summary,combing from theoretical methods to build practice,to reflect on the summary of the whole process of research,covering the current situation research,design principles,strategy research,design and construction of multiple links,multiple stages.Finally,according to Wangshang village idle public building reconstruction and reuse practice,comb out respect,continuation,adaptation,and saving reconstruction reuse principle,and according to the practice object sort out three existing types(basic complete,more complete,incomplete),grading to build protection repair,replacement and decomposition reconstruction three reuse mode,and functional space,structural system,form elements,site environment and five skills of reconstruction techniques,and integrate into comprehensive and systematic reconstruction reuse method,improve the whole research system.Main research conclusions: First,through establishing an accurate understanding of the current situation,it extracts the value of Shangcheng Village’s idle public buildings with material functions,cultural inheritance and economic resources,and clarifies the corresponding design and practice path around the value system;Second,in the practice of reconstruction and reuse of idle public buildings in Wangshang Village,it has the characteristics based on the architectural body,overall village development and existing resources,and a comprehensive and systematic reconstruction and reuse logic is constructed;Third,in the practice of the reconstruction and reuse of idle public buildings in Wangshang Village,the mode of hierarchical reconstruction and reuse is constructed according to the current status and value composition of different buildings,and combining the five aspects of buildings,forming a method system to guide the design and practice.
