| China’s "National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)" clearly stated that we should pay attention to the different characteristics and personality differences of students to promote the reform of teaching management systems such as hierarchical teaching,optional class system,credit system,and tutorial system,Focusing on The United States,Britain,Japan,Singapore and other educational developed countries have also launched in-depth exploration and research on the optional class system.Under such a general understanding of education,The teaching form presents the way of "optional class system".This form of teaching organization puts forward many targeted material demands on the teaching space.However,the lack of related research and construction indicators makes the design of teaching space suitable for optional class system in high schools urgently to be studied.In this context,this article is divided into two parts to carry out the research.First,through to the domestic and foreign correlation data analysis and the research,in-depth analysis and investigation of the curriculum system setting,assessment system,course selection and class mechanism and the corresponding teaching space organization and composition of domestic and foreign course selection and class-based high schools,Summarize four kinds of teaching space combination modes for optional class system.Rational derivation of key issues such as structural characteristics,functional composition,housing allocation,and student average indicators of different types of teaching space combination modes,Form a teaching space form that is highly consistent with the requirements of the optional class system and class mode and theoretical thinking with a certain depth and high application value.Second,combined with the current status of field surveys in some domestic ordinary and international high schools,summarize and interpret the curriculum system,assessment method,course selection method,class method,class size,and use of teaching rooms in the sample schools,supported by survey data.A preliminary calculation formula for the number of teaching rooms in the optional class system is proposed and trial calculations are carried out to provide a practical reference for the space plan of the optional class system in high schools.Finally,the study selects the Lagos International School High School as an empirical study.Through the input of specific elements of the target school’s educational philosophy,course selection ratio,and specific space requirements,Clarify its specific demands and design a spatial combination model suitable for the target school.So as to complete the empirical application of the research theory. |
