In In recent years,the state has adopted measures to integrate and revoke education at some rural schools with backward educational resources.A large number of rural schools were idle,to the urban environment construction has brought new problems-think how to rational use of idle school land resources,to avoid the loss of educational assets has become necessary and appropriate.China is rapidly entering the aging society,"silver wave" struck.According to the needs of the market,the pension agencies are in the stage of urgent development,the community also need to increase a large number of pension institutions,so idle school into a pension agency functional changes in line with the times given this new topic.School layout and pension agencies are more similar to the investment funds compared to the new pension agencies need less funds,the effect is good.This paper is related to the replacement of idle schools into a miniature pension complex,which includes the overall planning,spatial transformation and various technical means of the transition from idle school to micro-pension complex.This kind of research is of great practical significance for the adaptation and exploration of the idle school to the old-age complex,which is of great significance to the utilization and reconstruction of the idle school resources.
