| In China’s energy structure,coal has occupied an important position for a long time.Under the influence of the distribution of coal "more in the west and less in the east,more in the north and less in the south",the entire coal supply chain has formed the overall pattern of "transport of coal from the west to the east and transport of coal from the north to the south".This thesis takes GT port company’s green intelligent operation optimization as the research object,uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current operation status of the company,analyzes the current situation of green environmental protection,intelligent operation and customer structure which involved in the current production and operation as the same time.Through the above analysis,3 questions are raised around the company’s green environment protection,intelligent operation,and adverse market competition caused by green intelligence.In terms of overall optimization,this thesis adopts Michael porter’s five forces model to analyze the development strategy of the port,uses management tools such as process analysis,QFD analysis,customer pyramid model and NOSA system research at the same time,and analyzes and studies the existing problems with the theoretical knowledge of strategic decision-making,operation management,lean production and green port.Finally,through the combination of theoretical research and field research,formulates the whole process of green intelligent control measures,automatic intelligent operation scheme as well as the market differentiation strategy,customer strategic alliance and other marketing programs,so that the company in the production and operation level and market development capacity have been effectively improved.In addition,as the research of the thesis,after realizing unmanned operation on site,the organizational structure of the enterprise can be adjusted to a mode which divided by production process,and the enterprise can reduce the number of operators by 30%,it will play a positive role in stimulating the internal vitality of the enterprise. |
