| In order to cope with climate change,China proposes to strive to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060.In order to achieve the goal,it is necessary for the construction industry,which consumes half of the world’s energy,to save energy and reduce emissions.Among them,more than one third of the city’s total carbon emissions of urban residential construction industry has become the focus of emission reduction.At present,the phenomenon of short life of urban residential buildings is common,which is accompanied by the low performance operation of buildings and the increase of demolition and construction activities,resulting in the increase of average annual carbon emission intensity in the whole life cycle of residential buildings.Therefore,it is of great significance to extend the service life of urban residential buildings to reduce building carbon emissions to help achieve the national emission reduction goals.First of all,it analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of residential life from the internal attributes,and summarizes the significance of urban residential longevity.Through the investigation and analysis of demolished housing cases,combined with the research of urban housing construction and urbanization development background,this paper summarizes the current situation of housing life in China.This paper analyzes the relationship between building life and carbon emission by using life cycle assessment method,and points out that prolonging building life can effectively reduce the average annual carbon emission intensity of building life cycle.Secondly,this paper analyzes the impact of construction activities in different stages of the whole life cycle on building carbon emissions and residential life,points out the relationship between residential life and building carbon emissions in different stages,and puts forward the design basis of residential longevity design strategy by stages.From the perspective of the whole life cycle,this paper uses the concept of architectural hierarchy to establish the longevity design strategy of urban housing.It also combs the development of long-term housing theory,analyzes the practical cases of longevity housing,and summarizes the characteristics of longevity housing.Then,under the guidance of this theory and practice,the longevity design strategies of reducing residential carbon emission intensity and improving residential adaptability and variability are proposed in the construction materialization stage,use and maintenance stage and disassembly and recycling stage respectively.Finally,the actual project case is selected to calculate and analyze the building carbon emission under different scenarios,and the longevity design strategy of the residence is verified and optimized.The longevity design strategy of urban housing under the guidance of life cycle carbon emission is an important supplement to the research on reducing carbon emission of housing.It plays a positive role in energy conservation and emission reduction of construction industry and the realization of the development goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral in China.It also provides a reference for the future development of urban housing. |
