Analysis And Research On Project Management Maturity Model Of Supervision Enterprise

As a new project management model,the project management maturity model has been developed abroad for many years and has achieved good social and economic value.Its theory as a new theoretical method for evaluating the organization and management capabilities of enterprises can effectively improve the project management level of supervision enterprises.This paper attempts to combine the foreign mature project management maturity model with the management model of supervision enterprises in the transformation period,to construct the future-oriented engineering supervision enterprise whole-process project management maturity model,continuously improve and optimize the management process,and meet the basic needs of enterprises to stand on and develop excellently in the future market competition.On the basis of relevant maturity theory research,combined with the current situation of supervision enterprises in China,the whole process and all-round development trend in the future,this paper comprehensively uses methods such as literature review method,inductive deduction method and analytic hierarchy process to construct project management maturity model of supervision enterprises.The main research progress of the management maturity model includes:(1)This paper deeply understands the basic theory of project management maturity model,analyzes and studies several foreign mature models,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of project management application maturity model for future supervision enterprises based on the current situation at home and abroad.(2)A project management maturity model framework of supervision enterprise is constructed,which covers the elements and dimensions of maturity,maturity level,evaluation system and other basic contents.Meanwhile,referring to other maturity model theories,the maturity model of supervision enterprise is divided into five levels: experience management level,growth adjustment level,standard specification level,quantitative control level and continuous improvement level.(3)Guided by the knowledge framework system of project management,the paper further analyzes the specific application of maturity model in improving the project management ability and level of supervision enterprises,taking the maturity level evaluation of supervision enterprises and the continuous improvement and evaluation of model path design as the core.In theory,the preliminary research results of this paper have a certain guiding significance to the transformation and development of China’s engineering supervision enterprises to the whole process and all fields,covering the early stage consultation,investment decision-making,survey and design,construction management,and later operation and maintenance project management company.It provides the framework and ideas for the next step of reform,perfects the enterprise’s project management process and work standards,and constructs the project management maturity model and evaluation index system of supervision enterprises in line with China’s national conditions,improving through self cycle evaluation.Although the project management maturity model has been developed and perfected for a long time abroad,we must apply it in accordance with the national conditions in the process of localization.At the same time,the model started late in China,and its development is insufficient and imperfect.The maturity model introduced in project management needs to be further enriched and improved in the next project management practice.
