| The traditional evaluation method of the power of ammunition explosion in air mainly relies on the electric sensor to test the air shock wave parameter,and then uses the theoretical formula to calculate the explosive equivalent.The method is relatively high in accuracy,but high in cost and susceptible to interference,and it is difficult to arrange the test instrument.In comparison,the method of equivalent evaluation based on the deformation characteristics of the equivalent target has the advantages of low cost and simple layout.Especially in the non-ideal experimental environment,the accuracy of the evaluation of the ammunition explosion power can be effectively improved.In this paper,the clamped square aluminum plate is selected as the research object.And the research is conducted by integrating the method of experiment,numerical simulation with theoretical analysis to realize the evaluation of the explosion equivalent based on the series equivalent targets deformation data.Firstly,the material and size of the equivalent target are reasonably selected,the parameters of the material are obtained through experimental tests,and the installation method of the equivalent target is scientifically designed.Then,the explosion tests of different conditions are carried out to study the deformation characteristics of the equivalent target.At the same time,the finite element software is used to carry out indepth research on the equivalent target deformation experiment and to supplement more conditions.Through adopting the dimensional analysis method to simplify the deformation process of the equivalent target under explosive load,the dimensionless relationship between the deformation of the target and the physical quantities is obtained,and the inversion formula is also fitted.Finally,the explosion power evaluating process with the using a series of equivalent targets is clarified,and the program designed to guide the target layout and evaluate the explosion power is established.The research results in this paper can be applied to evaluate the power of ammunition explosion in air,which can significantly reduce the cost of the test and increase the success probability.Under certain conditions,it can replace the traditional evaluation method.And it also has important reference significance for the future development of the explosion power evaluation. |
