| In recent years,China’s energy supply and consumption are developing in a cleaner,safer and more efficient direction.Distributed energy storage is an indispensable link in the construction of the energy Internet.It can provide node support on the energy consumption and the supply side.It is also a key technology for the power system to absorb large-scale of new energy.At the same time,power storage is facing the uncertainty of the external policy in the development process,and there are still deficiencies in the formulation of technical standards and overall development planning.Due to the current cost of electric energy storage,under the current electricity price mechanism and supporting policies,it is difficult to balance the benefits of energy storage applications,and the positioning in the system needs further analysis.Starting from the two levels of external support policies and technical routes for power storage,this paper studies the typical application modes of distributed energy storage in the distribution network and comprehensive quantitative evaluation of economics,uses actual working scenarios as a verification case.There are mainly four aspects of work: one is to comprehensively sort out national and local energy storage related policies in the past ten years,and summarize the typical application scenarios and operation modes of distributed energy storage;second,to consider the full life cycle of distributed energy storage Costs and benefits,a comprehensive evaluation method for the economics of distributed energy storage has been established;the third is to develop a plan for energy storage on the coastal islands of Taizhou,with the goal of improving power supply reliability,and study the configuration of distributed energy storage and the effectiveness of reliability improvement;The fourth is to study the distributed energy storage configuration scheme of Taizhou Distributed Photovoltaic High Permeability Park,analyze the problems and countermeasures brought by large-scale distributed photovoltaic access,and put forward the distributed photovoltaic system with the goal of minimizing the overall construction and operation cost.Coordinate and cooperate with energy storage plan.The specific calculation example settings involved in the above research all adopted the actual production and operation parameters of the local power grid,and the comprehensive economic evaluation results obtained therefrom are targeted.On this basis,technical and policy recommendations are given. |
