With the outbreak of COVID-19 and the emergence of various housing safety issues, the public has gradually realized the importance of the "health" attribute of buildings in improving housing efficiency and emergency response capacity. In the current context, healthy building has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad for its advantages of green environmental protection, low carbon energy saving, health and safety, providing a new development direction for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Healthy building is not only people’s pursuit of a better and healthy life, but also the deep-level development of green building,as well as an important component of urbanization construction in response to the construction of healthy China. However, the market share of the current domestic healthy building is small, the development is immature, and the actual application situation is relatively complex, involving many stakeholders and influencing factors, hindering the promotion and development of healthy building. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the influencing factors in the promotion process and the behavioral choices of relevant subjects from the perspective of stakeholders,so as to provide an effective reference for the promotion of healthy building. In this paper, the economic externality theory and stakeholder theory are firstly used to analyze the development status of healthy building, and 12 factors influencing the promotion of healthy building are identified by literature review and expert interview.Three key influencing factors(r&d investment, market development environment, government support)and three core interest subjects(government, developer, consumer)were extracted by questionnaire survey and factor analysis, and the relationship between behavior choice and game of each subject was clarified.Secondly,a tripartite game model of government, developer and consumer is constructed by using evolutionary game theory to explore the evolution and stability strategy of the system, and MATLAB R2016 a software is used for numerical simulation to analyze the influence of initial strategy probability selection and different parameter changes on the evolution path of the tripartite game subject and the stability state of the system. The results show that the incentive, development, purchase is the present stage to achieve optimum health construction rapid promotion and development of stable strategy, also a modest increase in the government to give developers and consumers of economic incentives and subsidies, and strictly control the policy cost of payments,to reduce the risk level, developers improve government increment coefficient of social benefits,It can effectively promote the system dynamic evolution results to reach the optimal stable state(incentive, development, purchase). Finally, based on the development background and promotion status of healthy building in China, and combined with the above evolutionary game results, strategies and suggestions for healthy building promotion are proposed from the perspectives of the government, developers and consumers. This paper has far-reaching theoretical significance and practical significance for the research on promotion strategies and suggestions of healthy building. In theory, the relevant theoretical system and promotion strategy system of healthy building have been further improved, and the application of evolutionary games in the field of healthy building has been expanded; In reality,it provides a reference for stakeholders’ strategic choices, promotes a benign game between relevant subjects, and has important practical significance for promoting the development of healthy building and the implementation of the healthy China strategy.
