In view of the increasingly complex functions,structures and design parameters of electromechanical product design in modern manufacturing industries,there are more and more related professional technologies,domain knowledge,and collaborative research and development tasks.Knowledge resources in the design process are becoming a very important production for manufacturing enterprises.Factors,the manufacturing industry is gradually developing and transforming to knowledge-based innovative design.Under the increasingly complex design activities and fierce product competition,how to assist designers to realize the innovation of electromechanical systems through effective knowledge incentive methods has gradually become a difficult point that needs to be broken through.However,the existing computer-aided innovation design system takes the support of static product functions as the design goal,ignoring the dynamic evolution requirements of product functions in the product evolution process.To this end,this paper proposes a method to support the dynamic innovative design of mechanical and electrical product functions,and develops a design knowledge retrieval system based on product function evolution,which can effectively assist designers in obtaining targeted knowledge based on the evolutionary needs of the product function evolution stage,and inspire designers Carry out the analogy,combination,association and divergence of knowledge to realize the innovative design process of the dynamic evolution of product functions.The main research contents are summarized as follows:1.Proposed a functional evolutionary design method that supports the innovation of electromechanical systems.Based on the product function evolution theory,a design method oriented to the innovation of electromechanical systems is proposed.On the premise of the evolutionary requirements of electromechanical products in different stages,the realization of knowledge retrieval and acquisition,and the knowledge-driven design process as the leading idea,proposes a product innovation design method based on product function evolution,constructs a design process model that supports electromechanical system innovation,and explains electromechanical systems The system is based on the model’s self-optimization,external collaboration,upgrade and reconstruction,and other evolution types and evolution processes.2.The knowledge expression method supporting the functional evolution design process of the electromechanical system is proposed.Based on the knowledge requirements of different evolution stages of product function evolution,a design knowledge classification method based on functional evolution is proposed.From the perspective of functional evolution process,the user needs level is determined and the associated knowledge granularity level is determined,and knowledge is classified based on the knowledge granularity level.Organize and express,establish knowledge expression models for different functional evolution stages,to realize the functional requirements for different evolutionary stages of product functions and the thinking motivation methods under different strategies,and assist designers to realize the analogy,combination,association and divergence of design knowledge excitation.3.Implemented a knowledge retrieval system supporting functional evolution design.In response to the different evolutionary requirements of the innovative design process of the electromechanical system,the knowledge retrieval system for the evolutionary requirements of different functions is developed.Developed functional modules including knowledge addition,knowledge expression,knowledge retrieval,and knowledge transfer.Through the knowledge expression module,the mapping relationship between evolutionary requirements and design knowledge was established.Based on the knowledge retrieval module,the design knowledge related to the requirements was acquired,and the design was realized through knowledge transfer.Encourage the knowledge of the author,manage the design process at different levels through the system management module,and complete the evolutionary design process of the electromechanical system.4.Design and application of irradiated sample hole plugs based on functional evolution.Based on the developed knowledge retrieval system,the design of the irradiated sample hole plug was completed.The knowledge retrieval system is used to design the irradiated sample hole plugs based on actual engineering problems,and a large amount of design knowledge related to the attributes of the product evolution stage has been obtained,and a number of highly feasible innovative design schemes have been obtained under the corresponding knowledge incentive method.The results show that the system based on this research and development is based on the characteristics of the requirements of the product function evolution stage to perform demand characterization,strategy solving,and knowledge query,and obtain a design plan that conforms to the product evolution direction,which successfully verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the design knowledge retrieval system.
