| The teaching reform in colleges and universities involves a wide range of aspects and is also affected by many factors.This study takes the influencing factors of university teaching reform as the research object,takes the CDIO teaching reform of S University as the case of university research,and explores its influencing factors.First,through the definition of the concept and combing the relevant literature,as well as the research and analysis of the influencing factors of university teaching reform,this paper preliminarily extracts the influencing factors and indicators of university teaching reform.Second,with the help of expert interview method,we communicated with four experts,summarized and extracted expert opinions,and defined four,seven,seven,five and four influencing factors from five dimensions of society,organization,idea,teachers and students,respectively.We constructed an index system of 27 influencing factors of CDIO teaching reform,and formed an expert scoring questionnaire.Third,through the questionnaire survey,28 experts’ effective evaluation on the influencing factors of CDIO teaching reform are collected.Specifically,the statistical results of the expert scoring questionnaire are analyzed as a whole,and the importance of 27 influencing factors is divided.Then,based on the statistical results,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the five dimensions,and explores the role and degree of each influencing factor in the teaching reform of CDIO.Fourth,around the influencing factors of teaching reform in CDIO,we interviewed seven experts from the College of Engineering.This paper expounds the power conflict,interest conflict,cultural conflict and role conflict of CDIO teaching reform from the perspective of experts.Moreover,based on their acknowledge of teaching philosophy,mission of teachers’ responsibilities,interest in teaching reform,recognition of teaching feedback,improvement of teaching ability,love of teaching post,conscience of teachers’ profession and enthusiasm of teaching career,teachers can constantly adjust and harmonize teaching state and reform mentality in the face of various conflicts and contradictions,Furthermore,they may have a clearer understanding of the actual situation of promoting teaching reform in colleges and universities.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the teaching reform in colleges and universities.First,at the social level,we should learn from the beneficial experience of policy driven teaching reform,and also pay attention to get rid of the misunderstanding of policy driven teaching reform.Second,at the organizational level,it is necessary to give full play to the commanding role of university leaders and balance the interests and demands of university teachers.Third,at the conceptual level,we should widely identify with the concept of teaching reform and put it into practice,and also promote the summary and dissemination of teaching reform experience.Fourth,at the teacher level,we should fully mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm for teaching reform,and also pay attention to teachers’ self-development and improvement.Last,at the student level,it is necessary to understand students’ expectations and requirements for their studies,and also to encourage students to give feedback and participate in decision-making. |
