Higher requirements have been made on the tracking capabilities of aircraft with the continuous improvement of aircraft performance.The angular velocity sensor is one of the key components in the aircraft tracking system,and its performance parameters will directly affect the tracking accuracy and the control precision.Therefore,there is an important practical significance on the development of the angular velocity sensor test system.With the background of software development project of a certain aircraft angular velocity sensor and amplifier test system of a certain company of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation,this paper uses virtual instrument technology,multi-threading technology and modular design principles to complete the software development of the test system,which improves testing efficiency of the angular velocity sensor and amplifier.This text puts forward the overall design scheme of angular velocity sensor and amplifier test system through the requirements analysis of this test system.In view of the fact that a PXI-6143 board card cannot meet the quantity requirements of the input and output signals of the test system,this paper adopts the design of signal conditioning unit circuit to solve the above problems and reduce the development costs.the software design scheme of the test system is elaborated via the analysis of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the test system.In terms of the software implementation of the test system,this paper applies the C#programming language in the Visual Studio 2017 development environment for the software development of the test system with the Winform development framework and the Measurement Studio virtual instrument integration kit library.In the software development process,this paper adopts the principle of modular design and divides this system software into system login module,parameter setting module,automatic test module,manual test module,serial communication module,waveform display module,phase difference calculation module,test record query module and database design module,respectively carrying out software design and realization of these modules.In the realization of the function of the test system software,this article uses multi-threaded programming technology and database technology to realize the real-time display of the data during the test,the detection of abnormal parameter values,the data storage and the query of historical test records.Finally,the function verification and measurement accuracy verification of the test system software were performed in the test environment.The results showed that the angular velocity sensor and amplifier test system software of a certain aircraft satisfied the requirements of the function realization and test accuracy in a project duty book,and reached the anticipated design goal of the test system software.
