The Influencing Mechanism Of Design Quality Of Hospital Construction Projects

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out the implementation of the “Healthy China Strategy” in the section “Improve the protection and improvement of people’s livelihood,and strengthen and innovate social governance”,which requires “the comprehensive establishment of a basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics,The guarantee system and high-quality and efficient medical and health service system” are in the same line with the continuous increase in demand for high-quality medical resources from the people today.With the improvement of the medical public service system,the steady improvement of the level of basic public services,and the country’s gradual emphasis on medical undertakings,hospitals across the country have sprung up.Therefore,the design quality is closely related to the medical process of the hospital construction project.It is getting more and more attention from everyone.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted research and exploration on the design quality of hospital construction projects,and have made some scientific research results on the content of design quality management,design quality evaluation research,and qualitative research of design quality impact mechanism at each stage.In general,there is still a lack of quantitative research on the influence mechanism of hospital construction project design quality.This article combines qualitative research and quantitative analysis to define the concept,confirm the indicators and influencing factors,and build the model of the impact mechanism of hospital construction project design quality.On this basis,case analysis is carried out.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,pave the way for the related concepts of hospital construction project design quality,analyze the concept,composition and characteristics of hospital construction project,the concept and content of hospital construction project design management,the concept,characteristics and improvement difficulties of hospital construction project design quality,etc.And identified the evaluation indicators for the design quality of construction projects through literature review,and modified the evaluation indicators through expert interviews,and finally formed a set of evaluation indicators for hospital construction project design quality for hospital builders,and used structural equation models to influence the mechanism The analysis laid the foundation.Secondly,through literature review,29 hospital construction project design quality influencing factors were identified,and 22 hospital construction project design quality factors were screened out through expert interviews,and a questionnaire was designed based on the evaluation indicators of design quality in Chapter 2.After conducting a questionnaire survey for hospital builders,using factor analysis,22 influencing factors are divided into four categories: "organization and personnel","technology and experience","management and system",and "market and economy".It lays the foundation for the analysis of influence mechanism using structural equation model in the next chapter.Thirdly,it analyzes the influence mechanism model of the influencing factors of hospital construction project design quality on the design quality evaluation index.Through literature research and multiple regression analysis,the influencing factors and influence paths that have a significant effect on design quality are identified from the influencing factors.As a result,a hypothetical model of the impact mechanism of hospital construction project design quality is proposed.The data obtained from the questionnaire survey conducted in Chapter 3 is used to test the hypothetical model using the structural equation model.The hypothetical path is verified and the hospital construction project is analyzed in detail.The influence mechanism of design quality.Finally,taking the inpatient comprehensive building project of Jiangsu Women and Children Health Hospital as an example,the relevant builders of the project conducted a questionnaire survey according to the design quality evaluation indicators constructed in Chapter 2 to understand the high and low design quality evaluation of the project.Using the influence mechanism model of hospital construction project design quality constructed in Chapter 4,the reasons for higher and lower design quality are analyzed,and suggestions for improving design quality with lower evaluation are put forward.The research on the influence mechanism of hospital construction project design quality in this paper has the following two aspects.In theory,the combination of the research on the influence mechanism and the research on the design quality of hospital construction projects provides new ideas and perspectives for related research on hospital construction projects,which not only enriches the research system framework for the design quality of hospital construction projects,but also contributes to future influence mechanisms.Relevant researches provided reference;in practice,the hospital construction project can realize its value,can promote the sustainable development of hospital buildings,so as to exert the greatest economic and social effects,and suitable hospital buildings can better solve medical problems,To protect and improve people’s livelihood.
