In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge management that is a new management method is an important part of large-scale engineering project management,and knowledge sharing between designers and constructors is a key link in knowledge management of large-scale engineering projects.However,the complexity characteristics of large engineering projects increase the separation between design and construction,which adversely affects knowledge sharing.At the same time,knowledge is an intangible asset of private nature,which makes them unwilling to share knowledge.At present,there is little research literature on knowledge sharing incentive for large-scale engineering projects.Therefore,this paper studies the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing between design and construction in large-scale engineering project,as following:Firstly,some related concepts are defined,and the technical route of this paper is proposed based on behavioral incentive theory,structural equation model,evolutionary game theory and principal-agent theory.Secondly,hypotheses of these relationships among the factors that includes incentive mechanism,information technology,explicit and implicit knowledge sharing behavior and organizational performance in large-scale engineering projects are presented based on the previous studies,and the structural equation model of the excitation path of knowledge sharing between design and construction is established.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the results show that the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing has a positive impact on explicit and implicit knowledge sharing,while information technology only has a positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing.Thirdly,revenue,cost and risk are the main influencing factors of knowledge sharing behaviors,and based on the evolutionary game theory the game model of knowledge sharing between design and construction in in large-scale engineering projects and the game model of introducing incentive mechanism are established.Through solving the model and equilibrium analysis,the evolution process of the behavior decision of design and construction under the incentive of the knowledge sharing is revealed,and the applicable conditions of the knowledge sharing incentive mechanism are put forward.Fourthly,the basic model of knowledge sharing incentive contract between design and construction in large engineering project is established based on the principal-agent theory,and combined with the research conclusions in chapter 3,an optimization model is established.By solving the model and comparative analysis,the function equation of the optimal effort level and incentive coefficient of knowledge sharing between design and construction in large engineering projects are obtained,and the effect of incentive contract optimization is verified.Finally,relevant data iscollected through practical cases,and the research results are simulated and analyzed with Matlab2014 a and Graph.The analysis results further verify the accuracy of the research conclusions...
